Why isn't a logo showing?

Three confirmed causes:

1. Item Limit is set lower than your logo count. The default (0) shows all logos in a showcase; a non-zero value caps how many display. Check the Content tab's Essential settings.
2. A category filter excludes it. If the showcase's "Filter by Category" is set to specific categories, a logo not assigned to any of them won't appear. See Categories.
3. The logo is still a Draft, not Published. The Logos list shows each logo's status.

This list is not exhaustive. The third cause (Draft status) is a strong inference from the admin UI showing Draft/Published as a real, distinct state — not something directly confirmed against the plugin's rendering code. Causes outside these three (caching, theme CSS conflicts, and similar) haven't been investigated and aren't ruled out. If none of the above explains it, contact support below rather than assuming it's one of these three.
